Ok, last Saturday was supposed to be the monthly scheduled workday, and as meticulously organized as we are, no notice was sent that is wasn't goin' down. Maybe that was because most of the normal rock star trail workers were racing their bicycles up at big bear....well not to fear, because this months' trailwork day has been moved to June 27th @ 9am to coincide with the 2nd Annual Canaan Mountain Bike Festival so we can only hope to have a big crew of out of towners helpin' on our trails too!

Most likely we will be working in CVI on the 6/27 workday, so plan on meeting at the bike shop @ 9am to give back to the trails. If there is a ton a people, there are other little problem areas some rambo groups might be able to attack too.

Also keep in mind, there is a "family/kids ride out camp70" that same morning as part of the festival, so the folks with kids are encouraged to participate in that while their better half works on the trails. Depending on who shows up for what that is, for example I am not sure I would call Rob Stull, John Logar or Jeffro Melnick the better half of anything..... Don't forget to bring your bikes with you since there will be a bike hash that afternoon! :)
